Hey Onces! Independence’s Twice Club will be once again selling Twice grams from next Monday through Wednesday 12/9/19. Each gram will be $5 and will contain an in-class performance, a candy cane, and a Twice Christmas-themed photocard. Come by during break near the senior stage or in K-32 during lunch to buy. Key Club is having their Second Annual Benefit Show: How Key Club Stole Christmas! It will be at the IHS Theatre on Friday the 13th from 7PM-9PM. Before finals start, swing by our benefit show to watch amazing performances and bond with your friends! Buy a ticket for $8 from any Key Club board or officer.
The varsity boys’ basketball team defeated the Andrew Hill Falcons 82-67 to win the 64th Annual James Lick Invitational Tournament on Saturday night. Senior Bryan Tang was exceptional in the championship game and Junior Tobey Flores led all scorers with 27 points. Fellow Junior, Alex Perez, and Flores, were both named to the all tournament team. Senior James Cahiga was named Most Value Player averaging 21 points a game in victories over Fremont of Sunnyvale, Silver Creek, and Andrew Hill. Great Jon Sixers!
Come support our track and field team with their Tpumps fundraiser this Friday, December 13th after sixth in front of the pool, for only $5. The flavors are vanilla rose black milk tea and PMS green milk tea!
