  1. (SKIP) Class of 2020 Graduation is closer than you think.  To avoid paying rush charges for your Senior Portraits please call JP Impressions to order or have your website re posted.  They are open most Saturdays for your ordering convenience as well.

  2. Yearbooks are now on sale online and in the A-06 bank for only $65! Buy before THIS SATURDAY at yearbookordercenter.com, and use the code “6072”! What better way to look back at the year than buying a yearbook! 

  3. Hey Seniors!! Have you taken your senior portraits? Do you want to submit a senior quote for the yearbook? Well now you can! Submit your quote at tinyurl.com/IHSSeniorQuotes2020, again, tinyurl.com/IHSSeniorQuotes2020, or go to @ihs.yearbookclub and click the link in their bio. 

  4. If you are still interested in joining track and field, the last day to join is this Friday, Feb. 28th. You must be cleared prior. For questions, email Mr. Ly or see him in N-02.

  5.  Hey sixers!! its wednesday and you know what that means! drop by d313 and attend the vsa meeting! we’ll be having a very interesting activity with possibly the opportunity to earn prizes! again, thats d313! all are welcomed

  6. Key Club will be having another adjacent meeting today, where you will be able to vote for your next year’s 2020-2021 Key Club Treasurer and Bulletin Editor! If you are an official paid dues member of Key Club, you are legible to vote for the candidates. If not, you can still join our meeting at D-commons today for updates and to witness the election process! See you there, Key Clubbers!

  7. Heyyyy sixers, Sadies is right around the corner, FRIDAY MARCH 6, in two weeks time and tickets are starting to go on sale. This years theme is…. GLOWCHELLA where you come decked out in Coachella attire with a glow in the dark twist! If interested in coming you can buy any Sadies ticket for $10 from any IHS Cheerleaders or $15 at the door. 

  8. The Varsity Basketball team pulled off the upset last night in the CCS quarterfinals over Los Altos High School, defeating the Eagles 61-54. Trailing by 8 in the final quarter, the resilient Sixers outscored Los Altos 24-9 in the final stanza. The Mt. Hamilton League Junior of the Year, Alex Perez, led all scorers with 23 points, 19 of which came in the 2nd half. Mt Hamilton 1st Team All League award winner, James Cahiga, had 19. While Junior Tobey Flores added 13, including the clutch corner 3 that gave the Sixers the lead for good. Next up, your Sixers will face Sequoia HS of Redwood City in the section semifinal on Thursday @ Fremont HS in Sunnyvale. Visit cifccs.org to purchase tickets as the event is sure to sell out.   9. The Black Student Union is hosting a book drive to donate to charity for all of Black History Month. Please support BSU by donating any and all books that you can to Room C404 or to Mr. Flournoy before March 1st. Thank you so much and we hope you have a wonderful Black History Month!

  10. Permission Slips for MESA day are due this Thursday in M54, Mr Winterlins room.  If you do not turn in both signed permission slips you will not be able to attend MESA day.

  11. Congrats to the Boys JV Volleyball team for their win against American High last night.  Way to come back from the loss of the first set! and good efforts to varsity who lost in 3 but still had an awesome game
